The 3.0 litre D-4D 170 engine packs a heady 343 Nm of torque at 1400-3400 rpm (5 M/T) and 360 Nm of torque at 1400-3200 (5 A/T). <br /><br /> Towing capacity is once again an easily handled 2500 kg. <br /><br /> As with the 2.5 litre, high performance is guaranteed while emissions are minimised. <br /><br /> Fuel efficiency is once more maximised by common-rail diesel technology and combustion is quietened by a precise pilot injection system. <br /><br /> The 3.0 litre Hilux is as effortless to drive for long journeys as it is for short hops.
